About

  • Our goal at QIMpocus is to provide residents with a supportive environment to develop ultrasound skills that enhance bedside diagnosis and patient care. The site aims to focus on scans that would be most relevant for work as an internal medicine specialist.
  • Our work is supported and supervised by the expertise of Drs. Steven Montague and Jeffrey Ames.

Acknowledgements

  • We acknowledge the use of resources from cpocus.ca and the EDE Handbook, and thank Dr. Greg Hall for his support and generous contribution of materials. We are also grateful to Dr. Barry Chan, whose early leadership and enthusiasm for POCUS in Kingston led to the creation of this website. We also want to thank UBC POCUS and POCUS101.com for allowing us to share some of their beautiful images. Lastly we want to thank Zuhal Mohmand and Muralie Vignarajah for their efforts in site design.
